My wife and I are are former long time residents of Cabo and are homeowners on the corridor.  When we decided to move back to Canada last year we tried finding renters on our own but had no success. We turned to a local property manager out of Cabo and were promised that she only dealt with "highly qualified tenants".  It turned out to be a nightmare. The tenants had a history of domestic abuse. They abandoned the lease after 2 months, left a huge phone bill and damaged $3000 worth of furniture.  We paid the property manager $1800 U.S. upfront for a 1 year lease and she wouldn't even offer us any compensation.

We finally learned of Mark's business through Monica and were blown away by the professionalism and diligence of his service.  The tenants he found were qualified and his bilingual contracts the tenants sign protect us from damages or abandonment of lease. He has gone way out of the way on many occasions to help us arrange any needed repairs and to always keep us informed of the status of our house. The peace of mind we have with Mark's service is priceless.
