I recently had the pleasure of touring San Jose del Cabo's crown jewel; Alegranza. This is undoubtedly my favorite condominium project in all of San Jose del Cabo. Not only is the investment potential huge, but the units are breathtaking enough to keep you from ever selling... even to realize the huge appreciations in value that these units will see over the next two years!
Alegranza is, as they say, "designed for the senses". The community is located very centrally in the heart of San Jose making it convenient to access all that the city has to offer. It is also perched high above the city itself; creating an air of privacy for its residents as well as absolutely incredible panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez, city lights, and surrounding mountains. It is rare that I will refer to a condo project as a "community", however Alegranza truly is. Onsite amenities include: tennis courts, a health spa & fitness center, golf practice facility, swimming pools, jacuzzis, palapa bar & outdoor bbq, fire pits, restaurant and gated entrance.
Alegranza is merely steps away from the San Jose Golf Course and the city's many pristine beaches. It is walking distance from charming downtown's fine restaurants, American hospital, banks and grocery stores. There are 6 other world class golf courses within a 10 minute drive and the Los Cabos International Airport is merely 15 minutes away.
I was impressed with the quality of construction and design, but moreso, I was astounded by the thought that has gone into this project. The units themselves are incredibly well designed and very spacious. The last remaining penthouses are priced at $920,000 & $850,000 usd respectively, which, for what they are, is far below the current market value for a comparable penthouse condominium. I cannot even begin to describe the views from the rooftop terrazas of both penthouses, for they are simply without equal (see the posted image in "My Photos").
