Bahia Concepcion... the NEW Los Cabos!

"Bahia Concepcion .... the NEW Los Cabos!", they aren't kidding! The amount of planned development in the area is absolutely incredible. Below are just a few of the major developments currently planned or already in progress.

- $200 Million investment by Aman Resorts (Rated #1 resort group by Zagat for 2007)

- $5 Billion investment by Fadesa (One of Europe's largest developers)

- Huge investments by Grupo Carso (Carlos Slim's group - 2nd richest man in the world)

- New Mulege international airport announced by FONATUR (Mexico's tourism board)

- New marina within Bahia Concepcion

This bay and the surrounding area is ramping up for exponential growth. My family already owns a large parcel of land in the area and I am hoping to personally purchase more. The newest area to catch my eye is at the base of Bahia Concepcion on the Sea of Cortez. This area is known as Bahia San Nicolas and there is currently an eco-friendly residential/resort project planned for the area. The beaches are sandy and inviting and the bay area is a veritable oasis with palm trees and fresh water springs! At only an hour north of Loreto, Bahia San Nicolas is not only incredibly beautiful and serene, but also conveniently located!

The entire area between Mulege and Loreto is rich with natural beauty and resources, but the land is still very much underpriced. I am a strong believer in the area for both its economical and lifestyle investment opportunities. There are a number of websites I can direct you to for more information so please feel free to ask! We also have access to large parcels of land for development as well as smaller homesites.

Mark.

I have heard that Carlos Slim's group has recently purchased the entire peninsula that forms Bahia Concepcion. Is this true?

Carlos Slim's group HAS purchased large amounts of land in the area. However as for the ENTIRE peninsula, well I can assure you that is not true, as we have a number of parcels on that peninsula ourselves.
